Our Worship Leaders
PHILLY DUNSCOMBE is a session singer and vocal coach, married to Dan and living in Kent. Having sung with Matt Redman, Ben Cantelon, Darlene Zschech, Tim hughes and Worship Central, Philly has also served as a worship leader at St Aldate’s Church, St Michaels Chester Square and Holy Trinity Brompton. Currently professionally focusing on commercial music Philly is a vocal coach on ITV’s ‘The Voice’ and more recently has been working with Emeli Sande, Laura Mvula and Jamie Cullum, Philly’s heart is for the local church and seeing people connect to God in Worship. Philly is passionate about drawing people to Jesus through music, whether secular or sacred, to encounter the living God. Firmly believing that we are all created to sing and find our home in His presence in every season of life.
PAUL NELSON is the Location Pastor of Gas St South, on the outskirts of Birmingham. Before training for ordination at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford, he spent 13 years as the Worship Pastor of St Peter's, Brighton.
LAUREN HARRIS is Worship Director at St Aldates Church in Oxford where she worships with her family. Lauren has led worship at New Wine and Davids Tent and has written songs including "You Restore my Soul". Her passion is to lead times of worship that enable the church to draw into deeper places of encounter.
